This title was a bold attempt by Human Corporation to enter the arcade market by experimenting with the *Fire Pro Wrestling* system. In the Sega Saturn port, it was officially named *Fire Pro Wrestling Gaiden: Blazing Tornado*. Unlike the mainline entries which focus on realism and complex mechanics, this title plays more like a wrestling-themed action fighting game. Players can choose from wrestlers representing different countries (such as Japan, the USA, France, etc.) and perform spectacular throws, submission holds, and aerial attacks using simple button combinations or by mashing buttons. The game features a closer camera perspective than most wrestling games of its time, with large character sprites and fluid 2D animation that deliver an incredible sense of impact, making it easy for even players unfamiliar with wrestling rules to pick up and play.
